Report A Problem

Please include:

• what you were trying to do;
• what you expected and what happened;
• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the savisense version and build number;
• the source app, if the problem happened in the Share Sheet;
• a screenshot or screen recording if it is safe to share.

Do not email passwords, identification documents, financial records, Private Vault items, private files, or sensitive screenshots.

Common Help

To save from another app, tap that app's Share button, choose savisense, review the title and folder, then tap Save.

To find a save, open savisense and search using any part of the title, source, folder, tag, or other detail you remember.

To manage optional Cloud Help, open:

Settings → savisense

There you can review permission, stop current processing, turn Cloud Help off, or delete its cloud data.

To export your local library, use Archive Export in Settings and choose a safe destination you control.
